Casper came to me before he became an actor and before he was accepted into drama school. From the very first meeting, I sensed his immense potential. I see power, passion, and will in people, and Casper carried all of it with a quiet intensity.

He was full of life and desire, eager to explore his limits. What fascinated me most was a small crack beneath the surface, a courage to move beyond the polished and the safe. When I presented the idea to him, he embraced it completely.

Today, this portrait remains one of my most meaningful works. I have used it in exhibitions, as the poster for my 2019 exhibition, and in my book. It represents an early glimpse of the artist he would become.
